The Brother MFC-9420CN Printer Has Many Elements
The Brother MFC-9420CN printer has it all and does it all. It is fast, delivers quality output and the cost is reasonable as well. This all-in-one office machine is the ideal choice for the small to medium size office or business. It goes easy on the Brother MFC-9420CN cartridges, yet produces crystal clear text output and has many functions.
This is a very good do-it-all with toner cartridge. Apart from printing in sharp, clear letters, it can also scan and fax. A big plus is that faxing can be done from a PC. It can scan to email and working with the mail program, a message can be sent with the scan. The output of all functions may be in color or black and white.
There are no complicated actions to perform to get the machine working once it is delivered. Put in the toner cartridge, make sure the machine has paper and plug it into the socket. The process of sliding the machine into the network is automatic and should not be a problem.
It offers a quick printing speed, in fact one of the best in the business. Yet it achieves high-quality results as you would expect from a laser. Printing speed is up to 31 pages a minute for black and white and eight pages per minute for color printouts. Fast and clear is always a combination that is hard to beat when it comes to printers. Printing is done at 2400x600 dpi. The brochures, newsletters or presentations produced are guaranteed to impress. This office helper will eliminate the need and cost to outsource the printing. It does what is expected of the typical business printer. It has a variety of fonts and graphics.
It is bulky and made to last. This is not a machine to tuck away in a corner. If you want a quiet pretty boy whispering through a few pages a minute on the desktop, then this model is not for you. It is a workhorse made to handle whatever you throw at it and built like the muscleman it is. It delivers time after time.
These printers have a standard Ethernet interface and can therefore be integrated into the network. In the network is where it shows one of its strongest points, the excellent color faxing abilities that cannot be equaled by many. The quality of its color faxing is superb. Its fax modem provides fast fax sending at 33.6K bps in color or monochrome.
The machine goes easy on toner and cartridges last long. High yield cartridges are available at a very reasonable price when you do need to replace them. This is especially true if you buy remanufactured ones.
The three-in-one has a paper tray that can hold 250 sheets. Many of its competitors have a 180-sheet tray. This holder can be adjusted to hold letter size or A4 paper. You can up the number of sheets to 780 by going for the optional paper holder for 530.
The Brother MFC-9420CN with 9420CN toner, is a good solid choice as a three in one. Its strong points include its speed of printing and the fact that you may fax from a PC while using toner cartridge. It faxes very well in color and has a high paper capacity and good use of printer toner cartridge. In its class, it is a perfect choice compared with other similar models.
