A Ultimate Eating Style That Suits Everyone - I Doubt It

Almost everyone has been on a strict diet at one time or another for a range of differing reasons. The basic speculation of dieting is eat less than your body uses in energy. If you maintain this shortage over a period of time you'll shed weight. Decades back this was just about all there was to dieting. Throw in a little bit of exercise and you were all ready to go.

Today there are hundreds of different theories on dieting and a plethora of dieting plans to choose between. There are dozens and dozens of low carb plans, a selection of vegetarian diets, low fat plans, weightloss pills, homeopathic hormones and the list keeps growing and on. Many of these produce miraculous results on some individuals and negative results on others.

A number of these Diets are :

• the Mediterranean Diet
• the Anabolic Diet
• the Lemonade Diet

It looks that bodies are not the same and what works on some does not work on others. To be fair, the way in which the diet is executed is an element and if the plan is not followed it's not truly the diet's fault. Still this leads directly to the point- if you hate vegetables don't choose a vegetarian plan and if you're a vegetable eater don't try low carbohydrate. You should select a plan you're at least willing and / or in a position to follow.

The blood types diet gives some data that helps explain why some diets work for some and not for others, but I am sure that the factors having an effect on this difficulty go beyond just blood type. In the 60's I developed a diet that was similar though not anywhere as well designed as the Zone diet system. The mathematics concerned it deciding what to eat was far beyond what the general public could or would be willing to do. Nonetheless it seemed to be the ideal diet for me because I went from twenty pounds over weight to my perfect weight in 2 weeks without exercise. Many folks pleaded for my secret but when I gave it to them they were fully baffled by how technical it was.

The point is that regardless of how good a diet is it's no good if you can not apply it if it is as it is too technical, or it clashes with your life style, or for any other reason that would interfere with you doing the diet correctly.

The ideal diet for you would one that you could simply follow and that meshed with your own metabolism and gave you the results you were looking for. They wouldn't even have to be quick results so long as you were solidly losing weight and not completely miserable doing the program.

I actually had great results with 1 or 2 diets over the years I have had awfully outstanding results with a low carb diet and you can read about my thoughts on that. There are lots of comprehensive diets out there but you need to find the one which is good for you. It is possible to shed some pounds but the trick is happening a correct upkeep program once you lose it. If you have been unable to shed pounds you just haven't found the right diet.
