Taking a trip to the kitchen will allow you to view how it gives flavor to a dish. Another extraordinary feature that I want you to know is the series of veins that runs up and down the body of the cheese. Those blue lines that you see seem like patterns from a drafting board. It seems like an abstract design that conveys some message.
One can just gape in awe with the pattern of its veins and the delicious taste that it offers. Its taste would range from being salty to spicy which sends some shivers down your spine. Its strong smell is the most appealing of all and lets you think how old it really is.
I don’t know if there will be somebody who wants to contest with how I feel towards this cheese as all I know is that I feel so satisfied and mesmerized whenever I take a bite. Might it be that what I keep on my mind is the process of how it was concocted and how it had evolved into what it is right now? Right now, I’m thinking of dropping by a local gourmet cheese shop and see if I can find the kind of cheese I’m talking about.
