-A brightly colored, easy to spot box, bag, or package that will hold everything.
-Flashlight and batteries
-Tweezers, scissors, and other basic first aid tools
-Medications, including pain relievers, antihistamines, and anything else that might be relevant
-Bandages and gauze to dress wounds

-Gloves for the person that will be performing the aid

Other first aid kit elements will vary depending on the situation that you are in or the type of event you are preparing for. If you're going camping, for example, you'll want to take aloe vera gel and bug spray to protect yourself from the great outdoors. If you are going on a fishing trip, you'll want to have a mirror to signal for help and motion sickness medicine in case anyone gets seasick while you're on the water. Of course, you should also make sure that you keep your kit updated and current by replacing expired items regularly and checking to make sure that you aren't out of anything.

Having first aid kits for emergencies can give everyone more peace of mind and make any experience more enjoyable.
