Before signing up for a course, you should check the background of the camp you are attending. You should see how long they have been going and how well qualified the instructors are. In some cases they will be former military personnel so you know that you are getting the same kind of treatment that potential recruits get.
Before choosing a camp, it is worth looking online to see what is available and what type of exercises they offer. You can look to see what kind of facilities would be best for you. For example, some offer hotel accommodations, ideal for relaxing after a hard day of working out in the camp!
